Job Description
A Research Executive’s role that focuses on establishing and leading research within our R&D Team. Researchers perform qualitative and quantitative based technical configurations and designs that support decision making to build and develop business. Responsible for conducting research, designing analysis, performing calculations, preparing reports and other documents to evaluate the market and product projects. At the same time, give recommendations on improving and expanding the business market and developing technology products
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Ability to perform a variety of market and user research activities, including surveys, field research, analogous research, co-creation, diary studies, usability testing (remote and in-person), etc.
- Proven experiences for product improvement, using internal and external data and defining applicable market/product trends.
- Conduct market and product research and document findings analytically.
- Support develop insightful proposals/ master plans with expanding markets and innovative product solutions to problems.
- Participate in product research studies.
- Support team leader & other team members during market/product project execution to ensure quality of results delivered to directors.
- Contribute and support preparing insightful reports/presentations
- Continuously learn new areas and methods of research that can be used to improve the product & service.
- Participating in training in various aspects of market and product Keep the focus on the users throughout the product development lifecycle.
- Follow a detailed project schedule and work plan and ensure that you are able to meet the deadline.Other responsibilities may be assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- 1-2 years of professional research experience.End-to-end experience with most aspects of research (study design, recruiting, moderation, analysis, storytelling).
- Solid communication, presentation, social, and analytical skills;
- Knowledge of applying research insights to creative design solutions.
- Willing to learn and update knowledge and experience about Sociology, Psychology, Anthropology or related field
- Self-starter; ability to act autonomously.
- Proven ability with MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Proven ability to solve problems creatively
- Proven ability to complete projects according to outlined scope and timelineFluent in English is a plus.
